“We knew two couples on the trip and left with nine additional friends, which wasn’t surprising as everything about the trip was personal, intimate, hand crafted for us through Amy’s close personal relationships with vintners and Amy’s and Kevin’s relationships with chefs and restaurants and food.  They offered us priceless insider experiences:  a dinner composed of 26 morsels of absolute delight,  meeting a winemaker at her dramatic new winery space including a tasting of her fabulous wines, a winery tour and tasting with the vintner and her daughter, paired with exquisite food at a lovely restaurant; we met the local cheesemaker when he paused at our table to greet them, and after tasting the ricotta and burrata in Puglia, you will appreciate that the cheese is made fresh every day.  One of my favorite experiences was learning to taste different Muraglia olive oils.  Historic towns and settings, blue Mediterranean waters, ancient giant olive trees, silky ricotta in a delicate squash blossom…and laughing with old and new friends.  My souvenirs?  Chef tips from Kevin, a shopping addiction to Muraglia lemon olive oil and a enduring desire to do it all again!”
